Our Services
less[GAP] Solutions provides software development, UI/UX design, graphic design, and technology consulting services. We are committed to providing high-quality services and meeting customer needs according to signed agreements.
24-month commitment
Starter and Business are paid monthly, with an upfront payment and a 24-month commitment. After 24 months the monthly price drops (Starter to $30, Business to $50) and you can cancel at any time.
Cancelling early
You can cancel a Starter or Business plan before the 24 months are up. An early-termination fee applies, calculated as a share of the monthly payments left in the commitment. Ask us for the exact percentage before you sign up.
Upfront payment refunds
The upfront payment is refunded in part, based on how far the work has gone. Ask us for the refund schedule before you pay.
What you keep if you leave
Your domain is registered in your name, and we transfer it to you for free. Your content, images, and customer and order data are yours, and we export them for you. The website itself runs on the less[GAP] platform, so its source code stays with us.
Custom monthly plans
Custom monthly plans have no commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime.
Payments and receipts
Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout, so less[GAP] never sees or stores your card number. Every charge comes with an email receipt.
User Responsibilities
Users commit to using our services legally and not violating third-party rights. You may not use the website to conduct illegal activities, spam, or cause harm to the system.
Limitation of Liability
less[GAP] Solutions is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of services paid.
