How much does a website cost?
Starter is $500 upfront plus $35 a month. Business is $1,000 upfront plus $55 a month. Custom projects: Starting at $2,000.
What's the difference between Starter and Business?
Starter is a business website with contact forms, online booking and a business email. Business adds online sales: cart, payments, products, inventory, orders and customer accounts.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can move from Starter to Business at any time. Contact us to discuss the upgrade.
Is there a plan without a 2-year contract?
Custom monthly plans have no commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime.
How do I pay?
Card payments go through Stripe's secure checkout, so less[GAP] never sees or stores your card number. Every charge comes with an email receipt.

What happens after the 2-year contract?
Your monthly fee drops and you keep the same service: hosting, security updates and support.
Can I cancel before the 2 years are up?
You can cancel a Starter or Business plan before the 24 months are up. An early-termination fee applies, calculated as a share of the monthly payments left in the commitment. Ask us for the exact percentage before you sign up.
Is the upfront payment refundable?
The upfront payment is refunded in part, based on how far the work has gone. Ask us for the refund schedule before you pay.
Do I own the website?
Your domain is registered in your name, and we transfer it to you for free. Your content, images, and customer and order data are yours, and we export them for you. The website itself runs on the less[GAP] platform, so its source code stays with us.

How long does a website take?
A simple business site usually takes 1–2 weeks. With online sales, booking or a custom system, about 3–6 weeks depending on features.
Are the domain and hosting included?
Yes. Plans include a free domain, hosting, an SSL certificate and a professional business email.
What's included in maintenance?
Security updates, performance optimization, bug fixes, content updates and technical support.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. You can change text and photos yourself, and we show you how. Content updates are also part of maintenance.
Will my website show up on Google?
Every plan includes basic SEO, so Google can read your site. To be found in nearby searches, we also offer a Local SEO service. No one can honestly promise a set ranking.
Can my website be in more than one language?
Yes. Websites, menus and ads can be in English, Vietnamese and Spanish.

Do you run ads?
Yes. Google, Facebook and Instagram ads aimed at the area around your business, with a monthly report.
Do you design menus and print materials?
Yes. Printed, QR and TV menus, business cards, flyers and signage. We send print-ready files to your printer, or recommend one.
Can you build an AI chatbot for my business?
Yes. We train a model on your business and add chat to your website and platforms. We also build internal AI systems for your team.
Do you build custom platforms or apps?
Yes. Custom platforms, management systems and web apps, from the first version to production.
Working with us
Where are you, and do we need to meet?
We're in Dallas–Fort Worth, with a team in Vietnam. We can meet in person in DFW. Elsewhere, everything works remotely: video calls, designs sent for approval, and handoff and training online.
What languages do you speak?
English, Vietnamese and Spanish.
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. We offer white-label outsourcing with no logo or credit, and sign an NDA before we read your documents.
